Return & Refund Policy

Glutone will accept returns or initiate refunds on the purchase of the product only if:

If the products delivered are damaged in transit or an incorrect product is delivered. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of product receipt by sending an email with the unboxing videos & photos of the damaged/incorrect product to support@glutone.in or contact us at our Toll-Free Number: 18002746265.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Glutone will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Upon receipt, all returns undergo a strict inspection process which takes around 2-3 working days. Only items meeting every requirement above can be approved.

Once the return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. The product will be couriered back to the buyer in case it is found ineligible for the return.

If you have already made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 business days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will require your bank details in order to process the refund. Once the details are received and verified, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account after initiation. If you do not see the refund credited within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at support@glutone.in

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Return Charges

For both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a return is approved, a delivery/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount based on the cart value:

  • Orders below ₹2,500 - ₹50 deduction

  • Orders ₹2,500 and above - ₹100 deduction

Delivery Update
Due to ongoing challenges with our courier partners pan India, there may be occasional delays in deliveries. We sincerely request your patience and support as we work closely with them to ensure your orders reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible.
