Glutone will accept returns or initiate refunds on the purchase of the product only if:

  1. The product shipped or delivered is damaged in transit or an incorrect product is delivered. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.
  2. You wish to return all or a part of your order. In that case, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us at

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Glutone will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once the return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. The product will be couriered back to the buyer in case it is found ineligible for the return.

If you have already made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 business days of receiving the request from you.
